Delaware, small though it may
be, has two halves. The half with the banks and the universities, and the
half with NASCAR and absolutely nothing else.
David Holland grew up in that first half, in a quiet suburb near the city where you mail your credit card payments. In 2002, David graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA, having double majored in Philosophy and English. David was fortunate enough to be accepted into the Florida State University Graduate Film Conservatory in Tallahassee, FL. For his thesis qualification, David edited the short film "The Sky is Falling" which earned a prize at the Television Academy's student competition, and in August 2004, he graduated with an MFA in Film Production. Since graduation, David has pursued a career in film and television editing. He currently holds a junior editorial position at Herzog & Co. in North Hollywood, CA, and dedicates many of his off hours to short term freelance work and personal editing projects. David enjoys, poker, cooking, science, technology, and writing about himself in the third person. |
